Ticarext
A platform where a business runs its website, product catalog, online store, dealer orders and bookings from one panel.
One panel instead of five tools
Small and mid-sized businesses depended on an agency for the website, PDFs for the catalog, a separate e-commerce package for the store, the phone for dealer orders and yet another tool for bookings. Visitors should see the business's brand, not the platform's name.
A modular product line
I built Ticarext as product lines with add-on modules: corporate, catalog, store, dealer portal and booking. Payment, cargo, marketplace and e-invoice integrations are shared building blocks; every business runs on its own domain with its own records.
Catalog and quotes
Unlimited products, attribute filters, hidden prices, quote lists and quote PDFs. Excel import understands IdeaSoft, ikas and WooCommerce files.
Store
Cart, accounts, bank transfer, cash on delivery, bank POS, returns and abandoned carts. Tiered unit prices by quantity.
Dealer portal
Closed storefront, dealer pricing, applications, quick order and account statements. Overdue balances send orders to approval.
Marketplaces
Price, stock and order sync for Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon TR and Çiçeksepeti, with scheduled runs and an error list.
Cargo and e-invoice
Shipments with Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, Sürat and HepsiJet, barcode labels and hourly tracking. E-documents via Paraşüt for paid orders.
Booking
Lodging, tables and time slots or appointments, with confirmation and SMS or WhatsApp reminders.
Migration from Ticimax
Categories, brands, products, members and past orders are pulled from the panel with an access code.
Design rule: the keys belong to the business
Card, cargo, marketplace, SMS and WhatsApp accounts belong to the business; a feature stays off until its key is entered. Card numbers are never stored on the site. A missing module shows as a locked menu item that leads to the package screen.
