Work got lost between email and chat
Small teams tracked work across spreadsheets, emails and messages; items waiting for approval sat without anyone knowing who had them.
what I did
A real-time work board
I wrote the backend in .NET and the UI in React. Board changes reach everyone instantly through SignalR; work that arrives by email becomes a card automatically.
